However, things do go wrong and occasionally we may not meet the standards that both we and  our customers expect.   

In these circumstances you can rely on us to step-up and rectify any issues quickly and at no cost to the customer.  We'll keep working until everything is put right and the customer is happy.

In addition to our guarantee, we also provide a 12 month warranty on all jobs, whereby we'll rectify any defects attributable to poor workmanship, materials or equipment failures at no additional cost.
